Anthomyiidae from Belgium for ID 2021-08-11

I pictured this specimen in Belgium on 2021-08-11. A female of about 5 mm.
I think it could be Paregle audacula (Harris, 1780) but not sure.
Is it possible to ID ?

why not Botanophila fugax?

it should be a little longer in Botanophila, I guess. I didn't spot it carefully. So I am not sure, too.
