I think this is Cylindromyia intermedia or close based on the thoracic pattern, and the abdomina pattern. Can this be confirmed?

Yes. the first pic actually shows very nice the sinus-curved inner margin of the first metatars... A very weird specific feature of male intermedia. Long third antennal segment and strong darkened wings support the ID. Theo |
