Volkmar

Today I found this fly near a forest path sitting on the blossom of creeping thistle, I think, it is a hoverfly. Can somebody tell me, which species that is ?
Data: Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia , D-59519 Möhnesee, sitting on the blossom of creeping thistle.
Greetings
Volkmar
