Tiny green wasp

Hi,

I have photographed this tiny wasp these day, 20km West of Paris.
Length about 2.5-3.0mm. I guess this could be either a Pteromatidae or an Eulophidae.
Any idea on the family or genus?

only a guess: Stenomarina liparae (but I am no expert in Pteromalidae)

Thank you Gûnther, so you think this is a Pteromalidae. Stenomalina seems a good candidate!
