Is this Rhamphomyia barbata? What are the key ID's for this species? Spotted on May 21st this year, in The Netherlands.

Yes, barbata. In this area almost unique combination of yellowish brown legs with dark tarsi, brownish abdomen and greyish thorax with dark stripes, and yellow basal segments to the antennae.
