I'm a total beginner, but I'd like to know what species or species group this is. Picture is taken in the southwest of the Netherlands, today. Thanks in advance!

Thank you! The pattern on the thorax does not seem like a 'perfect match' with the reference photo's in the gallery and elsewhere. Is there some variation in that pattern that is needed to take into account? |

Hi Martijn, my personal experience is, that there is some variability of the pattern but it also depends on the angle of the camera and whether you use flash or not.
