This is a common species in and around my garden, but difficult to spot, as it is only cc. 1.5 mm. Possibly the smallest Chloropid I have ever seen.

In Fauna Hungariae volume written by Deline Draskovits Agnes, Aphanotrigonum is stated to contain grayish or blackish species. Now I think this is Trachysiphonella sp. I try to key it.

It seems that this fly is Trachysiphonella pumilio based on the relatively small blob on the forehead, which is not substantially larger than the ocellar triangle, and also the coloring of the scutum is brownish.

However, it seems that T. pumilio is no longer valid, and is part of T. scutellata. So maybe this is T. scutellata (cf).
