Nemopoda nitidula I think. Common on the marginal plants around the ponds at an east London inner city park, parading up and down, wing waving, 29 September 2007. 4mm, male. No wing spot, but wings slightly darkened near apex, mainly yellow legs, one pair of dc, apical av on t2.
