Sapromyza - but is it possible to tell which one?

Small orange fly, 3-4mm, seen by the River Thames near Oxford on 5th July 2021. I think it is a Sapromyza species, possibly sexpunctata because it has 6 spots on the abdomen and also looks as if it has a shiny thorax - but perhaps it's not that simple!
