Shrewsbury, UK - 28/06/21 At rivers edge, on Hogweed I believe. Oscinella sp. seemed like the only match in the gallery, with the thickened white aristae. The reddish halteres seem distinctive too, though couldn't see one like that listed. Overall, a fine fly.
