I think this is an Eustalomyia female, although the general thoracical pattern looks a bit odd with not having a single fused central stripe.
I am off?

If so, this must be one of the festiva/histro pairs. As I see no obvious hariy arista, I think this must be histrio. Unfortunately on none of the photos are the av bristles on hind tibia visible to count.

Muscidae. Hairy eyes are rare in Anthomyiidae.

In this case this must be a Phaoniinae, but I only find similar species to this one, like Phaonia trimaculata. This was a large species, twice as long as the Anthomyia sp around it.
