Calliopum hispanicum is an orange Caliopum. However, as far as I know that species should have a central black spot on the face, which seems to be missing here.

This species has gone through the lists first as Sapromyza sorida, then as Sapromyza halidayi and most recently as Calliopum tuberculosum.
