Ukraine, Rivne region, May 22. Did I correctly determine that it was Meigenia? And is it possible to determine the species?

It really does look like a Phorocera and the eye is much too densily haired for Meigenia. But I agree the wing venation does not support a phorocera .... ? Theo |
