to answer my own question... seems similar to this one, with black bands on abdomen https://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=25757 and conforms to the notes there : palpi black tip scutellum yellow humeral calli yellow-ish I think (visible on extra pics) tarsi and squama not visible so ...can't go further, but genus correct(?)
