small fly feeding on a water springtail

 Hi,

I have photographed two days ago this small fly (about 3mm long) feeding on a dead Podura aquatica (water springtail).
Any idea of the family/genus or species?
Loc. 20km west of Paris on the edge of a forest pond.
Thanks for any help!

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
