Hello,
last year (15.06.2020) I visited the only Ulmus laevis I know in my district and was suddenly surrounded by thousands of jumping lice ...?
Southern Germany, 430 m

Got them into nose and hair, and managed to take a few bad pictures. Are these Psylloidea ?

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
