North-West Bulgaria, 1 April 2021
Tachinid fly on flowers of Prunus spinosa.
Is it possible to narrow down the ID?

It is either Bothria frontosa or Panzeria puparum male. The two are surprisingly similar from above.

No, sorry. This is all I have. I usually try to take lateral shots but with live specimens it's not always possible.
