The wing venation doesnt fit Opetia. I would say Ptiolina (Rhagionidae s.l.).

IF that is the case, and it might very well be, excellent find ! Ptiolina is supposed to be very rare in NL. Possibly overlooked. Theo |

Yes, definitely Ptiolina however the species of this genus are very poorly defined... In any case, great find. |
