Ocellar bristles seems to be out of the ocellar triangle, so Sapromyzosoma ?

Yes, this will be Sapromyza or even more likely Sapromyzosoma.

With 4 rows of acrostichal setulae, could it be a female of Sapromyzosoma quadricincta ?

Hi,
it is Sapromyzosoma laevatrispinaSmile. S. quadricincta has only two spots on abdomen (S. quadripunctata has two rows of acrostichals) Wink.
