among a large number of Mycetophila cingulus larvae iin the Polyporus squamosus (Wallonie- Belgium- 12 06 26) one extra larva
After difficult research I thnik this is a rare Bolopus furcatus larva
other pictures and video links will follow

Here are two pictures of frontal projection of Bolopus larva 3rd instar.
The magnification is 400x
First one is my observation and stacking with Helicon focus
The second one is a good interpretation enhanced by ChatGpt
