Hello,
In the same place as Temnostoma meridionale (https://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=117437&pid=484818#post_484818), I came across this elegant male Sphiximorpha subsessilis, if I'm not mistaken?
The place is a small, neglected private forest bordered by a stream, full of dying or fallen trees, on the outskirts of my village. The ground is covered with flowering wild garlics.
