Despite the long arista it does not look like Sphaeroceridae. |

Compare with Pseudopomyza atrimana (female). Although in your pictures I'm not seeing the strong vibrissa (bristle at the 'corner of the mouth opening' .

I agree with Jan Willem's opinion. It is a female of Pseudopomyza atrimana with broken vibrissae ...

Thank you John, Jan-Willem and Andrzej for your reactions! Looking at the picures, it seems to me that the first two pictures are from another fly than the second two pictures. As it is to long ago I don't remember if there were two flies. I'm sorry, but anyway they seem to be the same species. I took the pictures in the same time: first the second ones. Both specimens are females and belong to Ps. atrimana ;-)
