It is a male; length of hairs on arista cannot be checked, but black spot at the base of wings seems big enough to exclude A. pluvialis. There are not many setae on the hind tibia; according to Michelsen (1980) this should rule out A. imbrida; the extension of the grey area on the scutellum should point to Anthomyia procellaris
