Spotted on 20.12.2025 in Germany, Baden-Württemberg, on the house wall. Size 8-10mm. Can the fly be identified? Thanks and best regards, Bernd

It's a male Calliphora vicina: increasing the brightness of the dorsal view shows a pale basicosta and the shifting pattern on tergite 3 (to differentiate it from C. uralensis) Greetings, Eric |
