1. What temperature you had in Kirov 04.02??? How have you got this fly?
2. As far as I can see: anepisternum entirely hairy; tar1-1 yellow in contrast with the rest of tarsus; other characters fit as well =

It was abnormally warm, 1-3 degrees at midday.
