Photographed today from Zhejiang China, tiny, around 3mm in body length. What family could it possibly belong in? Something like Anthomyzidae? Thanks in advance!

Arista looks very Drosophylid-like.
Possible answers: Liodrosophila or Cypselosomatidae

It seems me too odd for a drosophilid (hairy scutellum, peculiar ocellar triangle), I would rather search in Ephydridae, but not sure.
