Well, there is also Discomyza baechlii Zatwarnicki & Mathis, 2007 in Europe. I do not have this paper. Hopefully, Ephydridae experts would give you species name. For the time being, letś only say: Discomyza.

On the third image it looks as if there is a reclinate orbital bristle, so it might well be baechlii.

Unfortunately the fly is not in good condition. Some bristles on the head are missing... |

It is Discomyza incurva. Frons of D. baechlii is more dull and brownish. Tadek |
