What about Heleomyza serrata. It occurs early in spring here in Finland.

sorry, I'm no expert. Many Heleomyzidae appear here in the colder season.

Andrzej told me that it is Heleomyza cf. serrata, because H. captiosa is very similar. But because H. captiosa appears not in Finland I dare name it H. serrata.
