I think this is Thecomyia (Sciomyzidae) Try Marinoni,Steyskal & Knutson, 2003, Zootaxa 191: 1-36? |

The line drawing Thecomyia on page 1017 of Manual of Central American Diptera vol 2 is a very good likeness for all of these
