No. Psychoda has the midline of the wings parallel rather than diverging.

The habitus looks similar to Clogmia albipunctata, but the wing pattern is different. This might be due both to damage to the hairs or to it actually being a different species. The only way to be sure is to examine the male genitalia under the microscope.
