Do you know how if it can get into a sealed cellophane bag? I found larva in a a new cellophane bag from the supermarket. Could it drill a hole and lay the eggs through the plastic?

Sometimes, supermarkets sell dried-food materials infested previously by some insects, like nuts, rice in cellophane bag. When the insect developed, emerge but cannot fly outside the cellophane bag.

Cesa,
Yes I know there is a chance it was already inside but before I open the bag I saw some adult on the outside and the bag itself looks sealed so I was wondering if they can drill into it? Shock
