Carnidae, which genus/ species?

This fly from southern France is a carnid, so family Carnidae.
It is not from the genus Carnus, but which genus is it?
Interesting are the broadened and flattened hind tibia!
Size is 3 to 4 mm.

Corresppnds to the figure of L. latipes in Fauna Hungariae...
