Hi, is at least the family right? Could be a Melanagromyza? Forest. Some 3 mms.

I'm more thinking about a Fanniidae Looks a bit like Fannia armata, but with only one photo, it will keep a "looking like".... Joke |

This is not Melanagromyza (Agromyzidae), wings and connected eyes there are not characteristic for Agromazidae. Milos |
