Denmark, Sydals, near Høruphav, about 5 msm, coastal flat partly marshy area at a broken poplar trunk, Outsidefoto: kuv, 9th of June 2013. Sorry, no idea. Is it a fly at all? ID possible? Please help.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
