26th May 2018, Scheiblingkirchen, Austria I have no idea what species that fly could be of. 6 photos of the same fly, it was quite difficult to photograph, it sat down for just a few seconds. Behavior was typical for a territorial male Eriothrix argyreatus? Thelaira solivaga? Tachinidae. looks like a Thelaira male to me. I cannot discern the amount of ad on t2. Best wishes, John John and Nini. Naturalists not experts. |
