It is T. nigronota. The main difference is the black mesonotum patttern (clearly visible on those photos). Furthermore, T. tussilaginis is the western species, which DOES NOT occur in European Russia (except perhaps a few localities in Bryansk Oblast and the Far East (where it was introduced from Ukraine).
