Stratiomyiidae seems correct.
On the French forum, Christoophe proposed Lasiopa sp. On the other hand, someone suggested that this was a dead body and not a live insect.
What do you think about it?

I think itīs not Nemotelinae but Stratiomyiinae, the end of the abdomen in Lasiopa has not a "vertical" but an horizontal clear line, and not such long antennae , but wait for confirmation

It is clearly a Stratiomys, maybe longicornis or singularior.
