Big-eyed midge with banded wings -Norway

Hi, I netted plenty of these midges outside Oslo, Norway yesterday. Habitat is undergrowth close to water. Can it be ID'ed?

May be nameable! As far as I know (but I'm ignorant in this group) there is only one Chironomid with such a band on the wing: Stenochironomus gibbus (Fabricius 1794)

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
