The genus Sapromyza has no presutural dorsocentral bristle but your female has a pair of it. Regards Piet |

Should be Meiosimyza platycephala. There is a key to it in the download area. Regards Piet |

Since there appears to be only a single sternopleural seta, I think platycephala is okay.
