 Fast little fly on flower: Sphaeroceridae? --> cf. Saltella sphondylii (Sepsidae)

Hello! Another only 2 mm fly. This one was constantly running around on an Achillea millefolium flower on a meadow (July-23, northwest Germany), so I could not take better photos  . Is Sphaeroceridae correct?
