Anyone who can tell genera (or species) for this small (3 mm) tephritid from the picture that unfortunatly isnĀ“t good. From a gravel pit in SW Sweden three weeks ago. The whole fly is shining black except for middle and hind tibia which are dark yellow.

Could be Rivellia syngenesiae (Platystomatidae)
