Hold your horses !

All coxae are very yellow and the mesopleuron is definitely hairy, hence Rhagio annulatus. Very nice !
Did you collect it by any chance ?

As I know, yellow coxae and notopleural lobes are significant for tringarius, whilest annulatus has greyish coxae and notopleural lobes.
So, tringarius female...

Also black hairs on the abdomen point to Rhagio tringarius.
