Photos from 18.08.2011, close to the shore. Size approx. 5 mm. Which family does it belong to? Maybe Sciomyzidae (looks similar to Pteromicra in the gallery I think).

Yes, looked through the gallery again. It matches the photo of one of the Protopiophila sp. better! Thank you, not sure what details are needed for confirmation? Have more photos, but not very good ones. Edit: But later on I've got a PM from a member on this site called Oxycera, he says it's likely to be Pteromicra angustipennis (I've looked at this again and it seems to match photos of this species very closely).
