Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, earthwall (overgrown with small bushes like hazel, maple, roses, sloes, brambles) under big old oaks, between a street and a field of a tree nursery, at a leaf of maple; Outsidephotos: kuv, 30th of May 2016. Please help to get perhaps the ID.

Should be Chamaepsila pallida, body entirely yellow with black setae on head and thorax.

Why shouldn't this be Psila fimetaria? I don't see any postverticals and therefore Chamaepsila ought to be ruled out.
Short antennal segment 3 with dark smudge around the base of arista is typical of Ps. fimetaria.
