Hello forum,
I catched this male and female on September 2010 in Czech Republic, middle Moravia, Přerov during copulation.
Body lenght is about 5-6 mm.
Thanks for help with ID.

Should be Protoclythia rufa, Platypezidae.

Hello Miroslav,
as Paul said, this Protoclythia rufa from family Platypezidae, this species lays eggs into Armillaria sp. fungus.
