Northern Germany, Hamburg-Rissen, Schnaakenmoor, nature reserve, area of moor, besides walking path, at a flower of Crepis biennis, length about 18 mm, 28th of April 2018, own outsidephotos. Is my idea ok? Please help to get the ID.

Prionocera yes, sorry, can t help you on thé specie.
Female are hard to identify.
