I think there are more species than just volvulus down there so ... hard to say for sure

Admontia comes in mind (note the flattened front tarsus), in which case the yellow calyptra and wing base suggests A. maculisquama. Theo |

I just noticed strong apical scutellar bristles, if I'm not mistaken, difficult to see. That would contradict Admontia. So need to rethink, maybe Phyllomyia was not so bad ? Theo |

Hmm, I haven't seen many Admontia but to me the shape just didn't look right (in my collection they are more normal-shaped and not like this) ... more Phyllomyia but lack of experience isn't a good reason for thinking so
