On old oak stump in old-growth broadleaf forest, Jægerspris Nordskov, Denmark, 20 July 2022. Looks like a dung fly to me, but I cannot find any species of that family with darktipped femora like this one.

Pherbellia annulipes, I think: black rings on mid and hind femur and tibia - wings without dark spots (P. nana)
