Pherbellia annulipes - agonistic behaviour?

According to the answers from last year it should be Pherbellia annulipes. But is my interpretation of the behaviour shown in the video correct? I think it is something like a comment fighting of two males. Yes, both specimens are males, but my interpretation is that one male tried to mate another one rather than tried to demonstrate something.
