Some Phasiini, at least genus level fould be fine.
I didn't find any genus with matching wing venation.

It is a male Phasia. Note that in Phasia the male vertex is broader than in female (otherwise, very unusual feature).
Given the pattern on thorax, it can only be Ph. obesa, I guess.

Yes, Ph. obesa. Note that this species is very variable.
